My name is Lisa & last year I took part in a yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka and a 160h Sound Healing training in Hamburg. Since then I have been working with Yoga, Sound and Reiki.

My passion is to share the benefits of yoga & sound with as many people as possible, in our stunning & unique nature in #MasoCorto & surroundings! 
I think this world is getting faster and faster and demands a lot from all of us - that's why it's even more important to take time out.
